Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone — GPs, social-care teams, schools or family members. A care-co-ordinator calls within 24 hours to confirm needs and arrange a free home or video assessment.

After assessment we create a person-centred plan, then agree a weekly hours package with you and (if applicable) the funding body. Reviews are held every 3 months.

All staff complete Enhanced DBS checks plus mandatory Care Certificate units, medication, safeguarding, autism awareness and paediatric first aid. Nurses meet NMC revalidation requirements.
