1. Quality & Clinical Governance
Safety isn’t optional. A registered nurse provides ongoing oversight with regular reviews, incident learning, MAR checks and airway/PEG competency refreshers. We run 24/7 on-call, equipment checks and outcome reviews with you and the MDT—so care stays safe, effective and responsive.
2. Mobilisation & Continuity
We build a small, consistent team around you, create a robust rota and train each carer to your competencies (e.g., trach care, suction, PEG, epilepsy). Backup staff are pre-briefed and signed off, ensuring reliable one-to-one support day and night.
3. Measuring Outcomes
From day one we agree clear goals (comfort, safety, community access, reduced hospital use). We track them monthly, review with your clinicians and adapt the plan quickly—keeping care person-centred and clinically sound.
